Fees & Insurance

Fees

Peninsula Pastoral Counseling Center is funded, in part, by fees received from our clients. While we do have a standard fee for services, we also offer financial assistance for clients who lack insurance or the means to pay. As a nonprofit organization, the Center depends upon contributions from businesses, faith communities, and individuals to underwrite our Client Assistance Fund and to sustain this counseling and educational ministry.

For those not using insurance, fees are established by the counselor and the client in the first session and are due at the time of service.

Insurance

PPCC is in network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Compsych, Magellan, Sentara/Optima, TRICARE, United Behavioral Health, and many others. Coverage is determined at the beginning of counseling. In addition, some staff are in Military One Source, ESPYR, and/or other employee assistance plans (EAPs).
